You may cancel your account at any time and receive a full refund (excluding any setup fees if there is any, and the domain name registration fees incurred) if cancelled within our 30day money back guarantee period.

How To Get Your Refund

In BoldRight, we keep to our words. We give you your refund when you need it. Please just read the below to know the steps you need to follow.
1. You must cancel your account within the first 30 days of purchase. We cannot refund you any money until the cancellation request is made and completed
2. Refund is only available to first time customers or first time account. For example, if you have had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a first account with us and you open a second account, then request refund for the second account, it won't be granted.
3. BoldRight LLC does not give a refund for any account suspended for fraud, spam or any other violation of our terms and conditions.
4. If your hosting account comes with free domain registration, before we refund your money, we will remove the money for the domain name, and if all the money you paid can not cover the domain cost; then we are afraid we can't give you any refund.
5. If you cancel your account after 30days, you will receive no refund.
6. If you are in a monthly billing package, if you don't want to work with us again, you need to cancel your account/notify us before the 15day of your service with us, to avoid recurring monthly billing.
7. If you are in a yearly billing package, if you don't want to work with us again, you need to cancel your account/notify us before the 300day of your service with us, to avoid recurring billing.
8. We don't provide refund for managed or unmanaged dedicated server.
9. We provide 30 day money back guarantee for web hosting, reseller hosting and email hosting after we have checked the server for abuse. If an abuse is found, no refund is given to you.
10. We provide 7 days money back guarantee for VPS after we have checked the server for abuse. If an abuse is found, no refund is given to you.
11. There is no automated process for the refund, most refunds are processed manually.

How To cancel Your Account To Get A Refund

To get a refund, you must cancel your account first.
To cancel your account, please send a mail to sales [at] boldright [dot] net while copying info [at] boldright [dot] net; your subject should states CANCELLATION OF MY SERVICE: PUT THE SERVICE NAME. Example, if your service name is canwebcomputer.com, on your mail, subject will be CANCELLATION OF MY SERVICE:canwebcomputer.com
The body of your mail must contain the reasons why you want a cancellation.
